Role: BPC Technical Consultant

Skillset: SAP BPC(Classic/Embedded), BW, IP, IBPF
Experience: 3 to 10 yrs

Eligibility: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

(Preferably BCOM/MCOM/MBA-Finance/Charted Accountant(CA)/Any Finance Related Stream)

• 3 to 10 Years of Experience in SAP BPC & BW with At least 2 full Life Cycles Implementations .
• Should have excellent insights into technical aspect of SAP software components which includes SAP Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) 10 and 10.1 (Classic & Embedded)
• Should be capable enough to do the GAP Analysis on Existing Business Process configurations either at BW/BPC and should be in a position to educate the concerned Team to nullify the GAP.
• Should follow the best practices during requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment.
• Good Knowledge on CAPEX, OPEX, REVEX, Sales Planning, HCM Planning process, Balance Sheet, P&L Process andf should be in a position to configure in BPC Level.
• Should be capable enough to set up the Budegting Process.
• Good Knowledge on Leagl and Management Consolidation.
• Must have good Exposure on Data Manager Packages, Creation of Dimensions, Model, Reports and Input Schedules.
• Well Versed with Security ( User, Team, Task Profile,Data Access profile) & Work Status Configuration.
• Able to configure the Business process Flow (BPF).
• Elimination, Intercompany Bookings, Consolidation of Investment, Journals.
• Strong report creation experience in BPC (used VBA Macros as well in reports), EPM functions, Script Logic, MDX, Badi.
• Should have good exposure on MS Excel (Basic & Adv ) for Report Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Vlookup, Pivot, Hloookup,…etc.
• Should be capable enough to handle the Journals efficiently.
• Be able to review the proposed solutions and Address the issues(if any) well in advance.
• Process Chain Creation/Modification and Monitoring.
• Excellent Exposure on the Backend BW especially on Extraction and Modeling (Creation of Data Source, Info Objects, Adv DSO, InfoCube,Transformation, Loading, ETL Automation via Process chain…..).
• High level Exposure on Reporting / Bex and consultant should be in a position to apply the Drill through for Reconciliation between BPC/BW/ECC values.
• Publishing of BPC reports and Converting the EPM Office Add-in Excel reports result into the PDF format
• Good at Educating the End users and Top Level Management
• Strong enough to Handle all sort of Logics in BPC (Business rules, Logic scripts, Member Formulas, Controls, Local Members…etc)
• Should be capable enough to handle Backend and Frontend performance Issues
• Co-ordinate with other teams for resolving the BPC issues such as system issues, functional issues, technical issues etc
• Liaise with SAP for getting the support through OSS messages for any technical issues
• Be able to handle the BPC release management for BPC transports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable Client Interfacing
• Excellent Documentation skills

• BPC Certification (10.1 Classic/Embedded or Above )
• BW Certification (on or Above 7.3 Version)
• HANA Certification (on or Above SP10 )
• Exposure on Integration Planning (IP), BCS(Business Consolidation Services)
• Exposure on Hyperion Tool in terms of Planning and Consolidation
• Exposure onto the FOX PRO Coding & Basic SQL & MDX
• Japanese Language (Preferably) or Any other Foreign Language (if Any ….Pls specify)
• Fare idea on S/4 HANA System
• Should be a Very Good Team Player and have a Strong Mentor and Leadership skills
• Should be good at Attitude, Good at Work habits, Loyal to Organization

Note: It would be nice to have Any SAP certification as latest as possible… Zero value if it is older than 3 years from now.
